Admission Information

Eligibility for Application

Admission is open to individuals who have at least a Bachelor with Honors Degree (3/4 Years) from any recognized university or a four-year BE/MBBS/BDS degree from Engineering Universities/Colleges/Medical Colleges. A Master degree is compulsory for B.A. (Pass) applicants. A candidate already having one master’s degree is also eligible to apply. Candidates with any Third Division/Class are not eligible to apply.

 

Note: The University shall determine equivalence of degrees awarded by the private and foreign university.

 

 

Application Procedure

Prospective students shall apply in the prescribed from, obtained from the office of the Department, following payment of Taka 800 (Eight hundred). Attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of all previous examinations must be submitted with the application form.

 

Successful applicants will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Qualifying Examination. The Qualifying Examination will be of 100 marks of which 90 marks will be on written test and 10 marks on viva voce examination.

Registration for Qualified Candidates

 

Applicants finally qualified for the program shall obtain the prescribed form for admission to the University from the office of the Department and submit the filled-in form and required documents, on payment of requisite fees, as determined by the Department. On fulfillment of the abovementioned procedures, a candidate will be enrolled and registered to the University as a student to the MDS program.
